  • How do I book an in-person class with Bethan in Chepstow?
    You can easily book your in-person class through our online booking system on the website or by downloading the Wix Spaces app. Select your preferred date and time, complete the booking process, and you'll receive a confirmation email with all the details.
  • What payment methods are accepted for in-person classes?
    We accept a variety of payment methods, including credit/debit cards and secure online payments. Payments can be made directly through our booking system when reserving your class, or via the Wix Spaces app for added convenience.
  • Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?
    Yes, you can cancel or reschedule your class up to 24 hours before your scheduled session. Log into your account on our website or through the Wix Spaces app, navigate to your bookings, and follow the prompts to make changes. Please note that cancellations within 24 hours of the class wont be refunded back.
  • What is included in the monthly membership?
    Our quarterly membership, available through auto-payment, provides 10 tokens for £80 that can be redeemed for any in-person Pilates classes. These tokens are valid for 3 months, offering you the flexibility to use them at your convenience. This membership offers significant savings compared to the walk-in rate of £12 per session.
  • How do I use my tokens to book classes?
    After purchasing your membership, your tokens will be added to your account. You can redeem them when booking classes through our website or the Wix Spaces app. Simply select a class, and the system will automatically apply your tokens as payment.
  • Can I roll over unused tokens to the next month?
    Tokens are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase, allowing you to use them at your convenience within that time frame. However, any unused tokens will expire after 3 months and cannot be rolled over. Payment will be re taken for 10 more tokens regardless if they have been used.
  • What is Pilates by Bethan?
    Pilates by Bethan is an on-demand Pilates platform offering a wide range of classes that you can access anytime, anywhere. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced practitioner, our platform provides tailored workouts to fit your fitness level and goals.
  • How does the subscription work?
    Our subscription gives you unlimited access to all on-demand Pilates classes. New content is uploaded every Monday, and you’ll receive a weekly timetable to help you plan your workouts. You can follow the timetable or do the classes at your own pace.
  • Do I need any equipment?
    All you need is a mat to get started! Our classes are designed to be equipment-free, so you can practice Pilates wherever you are without needing any special gear.
  • Can beginners join?
    Absolutely! We offer classes for all levels, including beginners. You can start with our foundational classes to build strength and confidence before moving on to more advanced sessions.
  • What if I have a busy schedule?
    Our platform is designed with flexibility in mind. You can access classes anytime, fitting them into your schedule whenever it’s convenient for you. Follow the weekly timetable or choose classes that work for you.
  • How do I access the weekly content?
    New content is uploaded every Monday. Simply log into the members' area to access the latest videos and weekly class timetable. You can stream the classes on any device with an internet connection.
  • Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
    Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. There are no long-term commitments, and you’ll continue to have access to the platform until the end of your billing cycle.
  • Do I need prior Pilates experience?
    No prior experience is necessary. Our platform offers a variety of classes that cater to all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. You can start at your own pace and progress as you feel comfortable.
  • How often should I practice Pilates?
    The frequency of your practice depends on your personal goals and schedule. Bethan operates a 3-2-1 system, which is 3 strength and conditioning sessions, 2 pilates sessions and a cardio based activity. But you can start with as many or as little as you need to gradually increasing as your fitness levels.
  • Is there support available if I have questions about the exercises?
    Yes, our platform offers support through detailed video instructions, and you can reach out via our contact page if you have specific questions. We're here to help you get the most out of your Pilates practice.
  • What types of classes are offered?
    We offer a variety of classes, including Core-Focused Pilates, Flexibility and Stretch sessions, Strength and Conditioning, and more. There’s something for everyone, no matter your fitness level or goals.

    Currently, our classes are available for streaming only. This allows us to provide you with the most up-to-date content each week.
